Terms of Service

By accessing or ordering from thelunesse, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate account and delivery information and not to misuse the site.

Most pieces are cut and sewn to order. This means a production period applies before dispatch, as set out on our Shipping & Delivery page. Slight, natural variations in fabric, tone and hand are inherent to considered manufacture and are not defects.

When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. Our order acknowledgement confirms we have received it but does not by itself form a contract. A binding contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch of your piece (or, for cash on delivery, when the order is accepted and prepared). We may decline or cancel an order — for example, due to stock, a pricing error, or suspected fraud — and will refund any amount already paid.

Prices are shown in USD and may change over time, though changes do not affect orders already confirmed. Prices exclude import duties, taxes and customs fees, which may be payable by the recipient on delivery, as explained on our Shipping page. If a genuine pricing or description error is discovered, we will contact you before proceeding and you may confirm at the corrected price or cancel.

We accept bank transfer (IBAN) and cash on delivery only; we do not process card payments.

• — Bank transfer: after checkout you will receive our IBAN and a payment reference. Production begins once payment is received and confirmed. Orders left unpaid for a reasonable period may be cancelled.
• — Cash on delivery: where available for your destination, payment is made to the carrier when your parcel is handed over. Additional carrier fees may apply and are shown before you order.

EU and UK consumers may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason, in line with applicable consumer law. Before dispatch, you may also ask us to cancel an order; if production of a made-to-order piece has begun, we will do our best to accommodate you. Please see our Returns policy for how to exercise these rights and for refund methods. Hygiene-sealed intimate items are exempt from withdrawal once unsealed, and genuinely personalised items may be exempt as noted at order.

All content on this site — text, imagery, logos, designs and the thelunesse name — is owned by or licensed to thelunesse and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the value of that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. These terms do not affect your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer.

These terms are governed by the laws of [the Republic of Türkiye], and disputes are subject to the courts of [competent jurisdiction / city], without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you in your country of residence.
