Shipping & Delivery

Nearly everything we make is cut and sewn once you order, so a little care goes into every piece before it leaves us. Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. For bank-transfer orders, preparation begins as soon as your payment is received and confirmed.

• — Worldwide delivery: 5–15 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs.

Delivery windows begin once your parcel leaves our atelier, not at the moment of order. Remote regions and customs inspections can extend transit; we will keep you informed if anything falls outside the usual range.

Shipping is complimentary on all orders over $150. Below that threshold, a flat rate is calculated at checkout based on your destination. Any rate is shown clearly before you confirm your order.

Orders ship from Türkiye. For international destinations, import duties, taxes and customs fees may apply on arrival and are set by your local authorities. Where applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price or shipping shown at checkout. If you are unsure of the rules for your country, your local customs office can advise before you order.

We accept bank transfer (IBAN) and cash on delivery only. We do not process card payments. For bank transfer, you will receive our IBAN and a reference after checkout; production and dispatch follow once payment clears. For cash on delivery, payment is made to the carrier at the moment your parcel is handed over, where this service is available for your destination.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey. If anything looks unexpected, our Client Care team is glad to help at care@thelunesse.com.
